Our first brief was to review the sales and promotional emailers. We brought their electronic direct mail strategy to life through initial profiling of their customer. Understanding how they were behaving, what viewing devices they were using and much more nourished our creative output and informed the technical specification of the emails type. We also took the liberty of becoming familiar with their chosen email platform to ensure the solution was programmed fit-for-purpose.

Recently we have developed the visual styling and core messaging for two key product launches. Flawless Logic, the ‘tan-on-the-go’ sensation and Ins-Tan-Taneous, the first instant tan from Xen-Tan. This included development of key assets both off and online, from retail point of sale and promotional literature to online promotional banners and website graphics.
