Beauty brand Mellor & Russell’s eCommerce Website Launch

This week we’ve launched Mellor & Russells‘ new website. Take a look and let us know what you think.

After updating their branding and creating a new proposition – the website was the perfect platform to launch the new face of Mellor & Russell, a website that has left us (both client and agency) proud of what we’ve achieved. Beneath this new breath of fresh air the core of Mellor & Russell remains very much the same, but the tools they now empower – aren’t…

In an increasingly ‘virtual’ age, a website represents the face of a company, Mellor & Russell wanted a website that would be more than just a directory of products for their customers. Of course it had to be appropriate for their market, it had to be inviting and engaging for them; but today a website has the opportunity to become a part of a companies team.

We take a significant amount of time during our process to think through not only how our clients do business but, perhaps more importantly, what their customers’ want from them and how we can build opportunities – we think of websites not just as portals to your market, but as ‘business tools’. Today there really is no excuse for your website to be a directory of your products and services.

Everyone at InsideOut is involved in this process, we take a long hard look at our customers organisation, how they operate, what processes they have in place and we work out how to nourish them. You wouldn’t believe the amount of functionality you get as standard with an InsideOut website, because the smallest of things when managed properly create the greatest of opportunities – and this is something we fully appreciate – InsideOut clients gain so much more from their sites. So, if you’re considering revamping your website, or even having a brand new one designed, the best piece of advice we can give is to take a moment to think about what you want from it.

While our portfolio examples alone cannot convey the passion we put into this research and the ‘leg work’ we undertake before even putting pen to paper or mouse to mac to create your website design – the finished results do go a long way.

Let us know if you’d like to discuss your website opportunities.
